Pyrosales ISO9001:2015 Accreditation.

Once again Pyrosales has maintained its ISO9001:2015 Accreditation for 2022. All Pyrosales staff are dedicated to maintaining the high standards required to receive this accreditation.

This International Standard provides the fundamental concepts, principles, and vocabulary for quality management systems (QMS) and provides the foundation for other QMS standards. This International Standard is intended to help the user to understand the fundamental concepts, principles, and vocabulary of quality management, to be able to implement a QMS effectively and efficiently and realize value from other QMS standards.

This International Standard proposes a well-defined QMS, based on a framework that integrates established fundamental concepts, principles, processes, and resources related to quality, to help organisations, realize their objectives. It is applicable to all organisations, regardless of size, complexity, or business model. Its aim is to increase an organisation’s awareness of its duties and commitment in fulfilling the needs and expectations of its customers and interested parties, and in achieving satisfaction with its products and services.

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation:

1. a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
2. b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

All the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organisation, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.
