Description

Sialon ceramics are high-temperature refractory materials. They have high strength even at high temperature, excellent resistance to wetting or corrosion from molten non-ferrous metals. Suitable for use in applications with molten aluminium. Also used in the chemistry industry due to their corrosion resistance. At high temperatures, 1000C and greater, Sialon has low thermal expansion, good oxidation and high wear resistance.
